Red Umbrella Program

The Red Umbrella Program is a Signature Program of FCAC designed to inspire and empower the citizens of Washington, DC, particularly those in the Ward 5 and Ward 6 communities. The Umbrella provides support services that will address the needs of the entire family structure and focused on Financial Literacy and Health issues. For more information, please contact redumbrella@thefcacdst.org
